As a Christian woman, the octave of Easter 2010 brought in me a vibrant promise on how to be a free person. Freedom means to be on top of my own ego, desire and mindset. An acceptance of the true self. In the Zen tradition, Sekito (Shitou in Chinese) said, "the expansive sky does not obstruct the floating white clouds". My free thoughts and feelings expressed in this blog is a witness that life is meant to be lived fully, freely, mindfully and joyfully.

JUST TO LIVE IS HOLY
Just to be is a blessing.
Just to live is holy.
- Rabbi Abraham Heschel
For two days now the words of the Rabbi
continue to shake my wandering mind
challenging me to put my feet on the ground
and stand tall with a smile.
O what a treat to start the day
with words to live by
Just to be is a blessing
just to live is holy.
Simply living and living simply
makes one capture the moment
of pure ecstasy, of joy
a bliss found in here.
