Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Dubai, United Arad Emirates
Was it not for an invitation to go to Hua Hin, Thailand for a gathering of missioners in January 2019, I won´t have the chance to meet my nephews who are now grown ups.  They are working and living in Dubai.  I went to visit them for five days on my way to Thailand and visited them again, this time with my niece in October of 2019.  My niece went there to work, while I did this trip to meet for the first time my grandniece and her mom.
Visiting Dubai for the first time was an experience of opulence in many sense.  I have enjoyed viewing and enjoying the beauty of its gardens, malls, etc., as well as swimming in the man-made beach that is connected to the sea.
I have observed that muslims have different ways of wearing their headscarf.  The nationals (emiratis) are also dressed in a different color.  All these, I said to myself, how different cultures and races mix and live freely and with respect in this country.  I feel harmony within inspite of its differences and complexities.
