EMERGENCE OF LIGHT

POEMS ARE SONGS OF THE HEART AND SOUL.
Like a tiny ball in the universe

That flickers light in the darkness

A tiny spark is enough

To awaken every fiber of my being

That has connected me to the womb of my mother.

The emerging light has allowed me to be reborn

Like a tiny seed in this vast universe

My soul is never lost again

For the light in me keeps burning

And I am consumed by the fire.

DARK NIGHT OF MY SOUL

I search for you in my lonely nights

Crying out in anguish and pain

Why happiness drifted so fast?

Creating a vacuum that is never filled up.



      

Fleeting joys before me have never satisfied this thirst

I yearn for you but you are hidden

O my poor, my pitiful soul

Darkness, emptiness and loneliness, they are with me.

I look for you everywhere and never found.  

Darkness covers the night

Lo and behold, the night became my might and knight

Combating the evil and monster I have created in me.
