My Mom is Smilin'

I saw her smile from out there
looking at us with great fondness
around her, my father
and 2 other siblings.

My mom is smilin' at us
from out there triumphantly
joyously had conquered life
a promise now at hand.

My mom is smilin'
happy where she is
happy where we are
my mom is smilin' at us.
