Equanimity

I become like an open space
in which realities vs. expectations
can happen and frighten me
.... I am able to let go.

I become a point of convergence
high and low  moments meet
yet able to feel the calm
of a continual/circular movement.

I become a witness of time
challenges, exasperations and victory
show us where we are called
to build and develop equanimity.

May I accept the things
as they are
and as they come....
May I find peace.

Dreaming New Dreams

Grass growing on a hillside
down the slope is a lake
filled with cystal water
where lily grows at the center.

I took the lily gently
hold my breath
as I gaze at it
felt the gratitude in my heart.

The gentleness of the moment
I can hear the dropping of the water
as it lands onto the rocks
it lullabies my worries away.

Resting on the heart
of this wonderful moment.
Clears the sky and out
to the horizon of my new dreams.

Collective Conciousness

Coming together from different continents
different languages and different groups
together as one global community
is definitely an amazing experience!

Amazing as it is does encourage me
to participate fully and actively
to be part of a change
in a world that is emerging.


Emerging in a speed of a second
through an instant gathering
of people with similar feeling, seeing
of a world that is one.

We are change makers willing to be
and to do possibilities with potentialities
bestowed by our inner knowing
and communal discernment and action.

The glorious present

As the years go by
and the pages of my life
turned to become
part of my past.

What is mine today
is the glorious present
with its promises
filled with hope and love.

Kalayaan ng Puso

Sa aking pagbabalik tanaw
ng mga panahong naglabay
sa buhay, may sayang taglay
pag-ibig ang nangingibabaw.

Anupaman ang nangyari
tiyak na may kadahilanan
muli aking nanamnamin
tinanggap-yaman sa sarili.



Ang kalayaan ng puso
may taglay na kapayapaan
ang alay na tanging yaman
ang siyang hihintayin ko.

El Poder de Oración

Cuando unamos nuestras oraciones

por una causa que amenaza

la vida humana y la tierra,

lo pedimos la merced de Dios

este milagro nos hace llegar

para comprender como este Dios

nos maneja y nos convierta

la manera de verlo

de sentirlo,  de escucharlo.

A la vez la humanidad

descrubre otra posibilidad

de recoger y poner este Dios 

en el lugar donde él se puede

reposar dentro de nuestro corazón

y no encajarlo 

según nuestro pensamiento

nuestras leyes y decretos.

A sentirlo vivo porque este Dios es vivo.

forgiving the event
unexpected, uncontrollable.

as I dwell in it
I am at peace.
