Before 2011

Year 2010, I say goodbye
in a heartfelt sense of melody
of joy and gladness for blessings
having lived this challenging year
with its leaps and bounces.

As I leave the year
that is about to close
I look back and say,
it was fast, and now what?
Where to go from here?

Where do you lead us into the future?
Again, I start and move on
till the end of the year
when am able to have
a loving look of what has been.

BE STILL

Be still, be calm

words to live by

when my mind wanders.

Be still as wind blows

as sea waves dance

be still, stay awake.

Be still in waiting

patient, gentle and calm

when days go by.

BONSAI

My attraction to BONSAI
I breathe into the universe
universe took hold of it
and led me to knowing.

Now a passion in the process
takes me into an action
realization of a dream
in the form of BONSAI.

Bonsai´s philosophy in Japanese:
heaven, people and earth
invokes an interrrelationship and interbeing
with living organisms and entire universe.

SER DEBIL

Inestabilidad en mi opinión
percepción y hasta la emoción
crear en mí un sentido
de un ser débil.

Yo permito que este estado
de ser como parte de mí mismo
soportar con paciencia 
y dejar que fluya.

No voy a permitir que este estado
devorarme sin poder hacer nada
sino crear un espacio
donde la reconciliación se presenta en primer plano.

APRENDIZAJES DEL PASADO

Me gustaría seguir caminando
dejando las huellas del pasado
llevando los aprendizajes
para formar un nuevo horizonte.

Aprendiendo de la vida tonta
y las tonterías no me gusta más
la vida es así
invirtiendo sin ninguna expectativa.

A veces aprendimos algo
desde tantos dolores del corazón
para que crezcamos y aprendamos
la forma de vivir bien.

Walking a weekly routine

that completes my week off

of nowhere.

a feeling of uncertainties

and securities at other times

deepens faith.

Three births in one month
is a blessing for us
my brother Renato, sister Milagros and her daughter Rosette.

All born in November
three in one month
is a great celebration.

Life, birth and living
all we can remember
and celebrate together!!!

I am setting goal
how to stay healthy
mind, body and spirit alligned.

Middle-ageing brings out
health symptoms and tendencies
affecting our daily functioning.

Healing needs to take place
when wholeness is back
then harmony within exists.

Just received 2 mails from friends
on global link up
uniting our conscious positive thoughts
and sending it out to the universe.

Visualization of what we want
our future to be
we consciously say it
and the space out there catch it.

The dates 11.11.10
is a positive change and effort
a contrast to12.12.12
and the fear it has sown on us.
