Breathe Life on Daily Basis

Looking out by my window
thick clouds covered the city
behind houses in different colors.

The hill where houses nestled
reveals its quiet and diversity
where people made their home.

I can hear movements, sounds
a man selling his wares
calling out with his clang.

Big buses moving in, out
while the humming birds butterflies
fly and visit plants, flowers.

A normal life in pandemic
creates perspectives and new vision
makes difference and boost inertia.

There is music to hear
collecting notes creating its melody
- breathe life on  daily basis.

Psalm 25

          "O Beloved, as you renew me, 

                          redeem the nations,

                                            That we on earth, 

                                                             may unfold your Plan."

Rising with the morning sun
bathe my soul into newness
wonderful redemption of my soul
immersed into mud of sin
egoism, avariousness and self-steered life.

´Tis the season to reflect
immersion into the past, reflection
how life mattered and spent
when there was no virus (COVID-19)
what do we cling to?

Perversed way of life direction
seeing life as eternal, controlable
it´s wake up call, judgment
person to person, nation to nation
changing our ways and lifestyles.

There is not time left
as our earth human family
can´t compromise, let this go by
we need changes and redemption
find truth, unfold your Plan.

Pandemic in the 21st Century (COVID-19)

Born in the last century

in a time when life begins to pick up 

from periods of war, hunger  and deprivation

catastophes, epidemic and pandemic.

Never have we been faced as a humanity

affecting us globally with a virus

that we now term COVID-19

a 21st century Pandemic.

Life is such a cycle and history repeats itself 

it tends to give us living lesson

this pandemic has caused and will cause 

death, famine, unemployment and violence.

Self-preservation to community and global preservation

we now are called to transform from self to global

we all are struggling to live in solidarity

with all that is and will be.

We now have a chance as one earth community

to InterConnect our lives

be a life to others and cling to the life

that is given to us by one Giver of Life.

My dream spoke to me

Something is falling from the sky
I looked up and saw it coming down
tried to go the opposite direction
to avoid getting hit.

All of a sudden it disappeared from my sight
silence blanketed my being
what an eerie feeling
I saw the plane crashed down.

A handful of passengers came out alive
with burns but able to stand
one by one they came out
brimming with joy and life.

It speaks to me of my own struggles
coming out of it all
able to find new meaning and direction
makes my heart overflow with joy.

WE are God´s

No matter what happens each day
it is blessed, it is part of God´s plan.
I know it is not easy to stay with that
but I try to increase my belief
and anchor my life in the One
who gives me the light of the day.

We are God´s no matter what
I try my best to align my heart
to the One who has loved me
more than I could love myself
and more than what others can even
try to show and share this to me.

How could I not sing?

When I hear the birds

Sing their melody

Speak their language

To live in harmony

With other beings.  

                                                      

When I feel the breeze

Its symphonic movement

Swaying with the rising sun

Bathing me with warmth

And its tender touch.

When a new life

Is a miracle

That I witness

In its fragility

I nurture and let it grow.

When I become

a part of the universe

and learn that life

is a school

where learning never stops.

Where everything I breathe

Comes from one Source

And what I breathe out

Goes back to the same source

Of everything that is good.

And when I have no fear

To let the future unfold

Where God unravels

His great plans

The Kindom that is to come.

Equanimity

I become like an open space
in which realities vs. expectations
can happen and frighten me
.... I am able to let go.

I become a point of convergence
high and low  moments meet
yet able to feel the calm
of a continual/circular movement.

I become a witness of time
challenges, exasperations and victory
show us where we are called
to build and develop equanimity.

May I accept the things
as they are
and as they come....
May I find peace.

as you embark on a new journey.

I am so glad to have seen you grow
my first nephew
a treasure we behold.

May your wedding day
be full of promises fulfilled
to keep your heart grateful.

As the new cycle of life
is about to bring forth us immense joy

may she incarnate your dream and happiness.

Hibernate to take you to your untrodden paths

During this time
when I found myself
in a hibernation period
it draws out in me...

That best to be suprised
by the turn of events
waiting to happen
before my own eyes...

For now I trust
the great spirit
leading me
and just hang in there

That force that draws me
to the untrodden paths
the way I may become
in the future....

the way of living
is to be present to oneself.

Dreaming New Dreams

Grass growing on a hillside
down the slope is a lake
filled with cystal water
where lily grows at the center.

I took the lily gently
hold my breath
as I gaze at it
felt the gratitude in my heart.

The gentleness of the moment
I can hear the dropping of the water
as it lands onto the rocks
it lullabies my worries away.

Resting on the heart
of this wonderful moment.
Clears the sky and out
to the horizon of my new dreams.
