but they are the same time
classified and divided.

Ordinary time, I welcome you
when I embrace you fully
as you come

clear blue sky
clears my mind.

Fatigue and worries
they banished away
what a gift
to behold today.

The blue sky
I paint below
to reach thee
my creator God.

 

Deep Peace

I trust with gratitude
the bearing I have today
what it is
where it will lead me.

Deep peace in my heart
as I entrust to you
wherever it is
I go and follow thee.



Peace and gratitude
the fruit of a long struggle
to find the heart
the heart of my longing.

Sa kalayaan ng aking bayan

Sa isip ko, di yata
natatamo 'tong kalayaan
ng aking bayang sinilangan
sa kamay ng dayuhan.

Kahit na ilang taon 
ang nagdaan sa kasaysayan
s'yang kaakibat pa rin
paghihimasok ng dayuhan.

Sa 'ting pangangalakal
maging sa 'ting pamamahala
boses ng mga dayuhan
siyang may timbang at halaga.

Paano na tayo at ang bukas
patuloy ang hikahos
pagdiriwang ng kalayaan
kawalan, siyang saysay.

Dream what your heart tells you

I continue on

dreaming 

my heart's dream.

It's like the voice

the yearning

of my soul.

In my dream

is the heart

of God's dream.

Freedom from responsibility

Experiencing a new freedom
from being over responsible
promotes well being and health.



Taking care of me first
is a change and freedom
that I gift to me.

To the present
where hope and joy
is better experienced.

Contentment

I feel contentment

who I am

is what I dreamed about.

I feel happy 

what I have

is what I worked for.

I feel satisfaction

where I am now

is where I directed myself.
