SELF-HEALING

My hands is endowed with power
to heal myself and others.

I gently rub it
place upon the parts
that needed warmth
and healing.

Energizing the wounded parts
of my body
that needed attention and care.

I gently rub again
My two palms open
as I receive and give
the convergence of energies on my palm.

Put them over the weak parts of my body
that calls my attention and gentle care.

I rub my two hands with a kiss
and gently discharge
to the heavens
as I bow and walk away in peace.
